Quasus realized during the first quarter of 2006 a revenue of €940.028.
Quasus announces to have realized during the first quarter of 2006 a revenue of 940.028 in its activities of Consulting in Testing, Process Optimization, Compliance and Outsourcing. The profit before taxes amounts to 166.029 (17,7% of the revenue).
The results are in line with the expectations of the Company.
Compared with the first quarter of 2005, Quasus revenue in the first quarter of 2006 grew by 221%. The gross margin grew by 188%.
The growth of the revenue was the result of important investments in marketing and sales which represents 6% of the revenue.
The general and administration expenses declined from 9% of the revenue during the first quarter of 2005 to 5% of the revenue during the first quarter of 2006.
The profit before taxes grew from 64.986 during the first quarter of in 2005 to 166.029 during the first quarter of 2006.
These numbers still need to be controlled by the internal auditors.
Quasus has started from the activities of a subsidiary of a French company active in Belgium since 2000 and has been created as an independent legal entity on 17th March 2004.
Quasus employs actually 54 Consultants in diversified areas such as banks, insurance companies, telecommunication organizations, automotive companies, pharmaceutical industry and the retail distribution.
Quasus expects for the full year 2006 an important increase of its revenue taking into account its position in the present market.
